If you own waterfront property in unincorporated Thurston County, SMP codes impact your property. LMDSC Member John Woodford actively follows the Program. In 1971, the WA State Shoreline Management Act was passed and was adopted by voters in 1972. The Act requires periodic review and updates by local governments, as needed.
